Healthy me says grilled... locally sourced Atlantic Salmon. BUT emotional eating me says battered Flake (still locally sourced)... it's all about the state of mind.

Crystal clear chlorine! I love a good swim in a controlled environment…and I HAVE to be able to see my feet.

I do swim in chlorinated pools but nothing comes close to the experience of a swim in the ocean.

Can’t do scary movies as I don’t shake them off well.

Chicken! I don’t do steak and while I love ground beef I should avoid it…. Therefore, chicken is a more consistent yes for me!
book or e-reader?

Book! I love holding a physical book. I have so many and I love them all

Neither really... I go for stressful Mondays and sleepy Fridays.

Walk or bike ride?

Walk - although I would choose bike if I was certain I could ride one again! LOL
I haven’t been on a bike (that’s not stationary) for 35 years!!!
