Yes star… I’ll admit to liking Melba toast

Plas, Melba toast is a brand of cracker almost the consistency of a bagel chip. But it’s easily breakable and lighter than a bagel chip. The garlic flavor is awesome!

Has anyone had garlic Melba toast? So good…

Fun fact for the day: Melba toast was invented by a famous chef at the Ritz for the Australian opera singer, Dame Nellie Melba, when she became too sick to eat her normal diet.

(Personally, I find Melba toast to be a bit too dry and too hard.)
