Garden Update

So I'm a little over 15 weeks into my garden. We have lots of tomatoes at various stages of ripeness, and plenty of lettuce for salads. I've started some basil, which I'll move to a kratky bucket once it's started. Also, in buckets, I am growing napa cabbage, bok choi, cucumbers, and more lettuce.

Fun fact, if you're growing cucumbers in hydroponics, the water and the roots smell like cucumber.

Thanks Catie. I want to keep trying more things, but I'm running out of space on my workbench. lol.

i'm glad it makes you so happy. i don't make things grow...they shrivel up, lol. it fascinates me to see how some people can do so well.

Hehe Oh Cookie, I have always considered myself to have a bit of a black thumb, and haven't been very good with growing things. I'm happy this is working for me, but also a little surprised.

I've been thinking about your little garden a lot the past few days wondering how it's going. I brought some of my potted stuff into the house because of the storm this week so my sweet peppers are in the Florida room right now, every time I see them it makes me think of your garden

That's cool you have a "Florida room", Moonflower. I bet your peppers are happy to be in.

lol, I guess other places people would call it like a den or a tv room maybe, like the place where you hang out but not a living room. Maybe there are other names I don't know.

The pepper are very happy, I have a few more starting to ripen. One of them the leaves are pretty pale, which usually means too much water I read. Hopefully I can get things back in order over my Thanksgiving break to put them in the ground and get the bunny fences up, They are pretty big, I think it's time the moved.

Mine's actually in my basement, on the workbench. lol

My cucumber has a leaf with some spots on it, so I'm a bit worried that it's picked up something. I hope not, because the blossoms are just getting ready to open. But hey...I've got more seeds if this one doesn't work. lol

Oh I hope it's nth serious and your cucumber plant will just do fine.
